Please note that as a product nears or exceeds its expected lifespan, natural wear and tear may occur, which is not considered a manufacturing defect but rather a normal result of extended use. For instance, if the webe kälm has been subjected to frequent dishwasher cycles and shows signs of wear and tear, it may be time to consider a replacement.

It is essential to understand that accidental damage, such as stepping on or driving over the webe kälm, is not covered under this warranty. Likewise, if the ball becomes stuck at the top of the tube, it is likely due to condensation buildup, which is not indicative of a defect but can be resolved by proper cleaning and drying. In such cases, temporarily using the breathe tube until the indicator dries will suffice.

webe kälm will, at its discretion, replace any products found to be defective within the normal and appropriate scope of utilization and still within the product's expected lifespan. Please note that webe kälm will not be liable for any costs, losses, or damages resulting from loss or misuse of the product.

The term "Lifetime/Lifespan" refers to the lifespan of the product itself and not that of the owner. While our products are designed to offer extended functionality, they are not intended to last the entirety of an owner's lifetime.

Manufacturing defects generally manifest in new or unused products, typically during the early stages of the product's lifespan. The determination of whether a product has a Manufacturing Defect or is experiencing wear and tear will be at the discretion of VAMO, our company.

In the rare event of a Manufacturing Defect, webe kälm may opt to repair the item instead of replacing it. Should the product be repairable, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to ship the item. Rest assured, any required repairs will be conducted free of charge.

This is a collaborative approach. We all know by know breathing, focusing and white noise help to sooth the mind. It is a new tool. You did not learn to write the first time you picked up a pencil. Your child will not learn how to effectively use the webe kälm without your help.

The first step of breathing slowly in through the nose to fill the lungs. It will take many reminders from parents. Over time though your children will learn to trust the results and eventually will remind you to use your webe kälm when you are upset!

webe kälm is dishwasher safe. When placing webe kälm in the dishwasher, ensure it is upright on the top rack. You can choose between allowing the dishwasher's dry cycle to dry it or air drying. It is recommended to clean webe kälm at least once a week, but frequency should be adjusted based on usage. For frequent users, cleaning a few times a week may be desired. The material used for webe kälm is anti-microbial plastic to prevent the growth of unwanted organisms.
