If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within a thirty (30) day period starting from the date of purchase and receive a full reimbursement.

how and when do I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected by webe kälm's Returns Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
Depending on your credit card , it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
what if I am returning a used product?
We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the benefits of kälm. do you ship outside of the United States?
We do ship beyond the lower 48! Regrettably, free shipping is not available for destinations beyond the lower 48 states. Nevertheless, we are proactively working towards expanding our global distribution network. For now, your shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout.
